Whitegates have managed my rental property for the last 3 years, and have always treated me and my tenants professionally and with respect. When it came time to sell my house Paul has been an exceptional agent. The house was listed and sold for a competitive price within days of my instruction. What can I say whitegates have been amazing from the moment I asked for my house to be valued. The one thing that attached me at the start was the zero weeks contract which made me feel comfortable and at ease it made me think whitegates would need to show some commitment from the start to keep my custom and they 100% did exactly that!! It's not just business with whitegates I felt like they actually cared and was as passionate as me during the whole process of selling my house. Joe sat in my settee and promised he would do his best to get the result I wanted and he did more than that he went above and beyond even after it got passed over to Paul once an offer got excepted Joe was more than happy to help at any point of the transition. Paul was fantastic from the start to the finish excellent communication through out I knew exactly what was happening when it was happening. Even when Paul was going through a personal issue he still found time to email me which meant alot. We also transferred and completed 10days before my aim date!! And I'm not going to forget Olivia who I never got to meet in person but spoke via emails and phone calls again absolutely spot on she even went out of her way to help me after the completion of the sale. To sum it all up I would highly recommend whitegates to anyone they are sufficient professional and caring!!
