Booked a viewing with Adam who was so informative and helpful, showing a strong knowledge of the property and the landlord. Compared to other agents I've worked with, Adam has by far been the best and the most genuine, he was personable and it really felt that he had our best interests at heart. Adam followed up with me and had great communication, and I will definitely be working with Adam in the future when looking for properties.

I have been a tenant with Whitegates from the day I came to UK. In the beginning it was not clear of the moving date. Take it to you account it will always be a beginning of a month, no matter what. Talking about the staff, (Nathan, Adam) has been amazing, particularly Helen Hopkins. She was so attentive in anything and everything even if it is beyond her responsibilities. Their service was truly amazing! I was mainly assisted by an agent named Tiarna Grays. She was extremely professional and kind right from the viewing to the day I was handed my keys. She always responded to my emails promptly and on the few occasions I could not reach her, I would just call her office and be assisted by her equally spectacular colleagues. Thank you Whitegates for this beautiful property I am now comfortably living in.

Adam attended my place on time and only a day after I booked too. While he gave me a very fair rental price for my property, Adam also gave me some great advice on practicalities and what to expect financially too. As this is an all new experience for me I really appreciated the time he took to explain things in a clear way. His follow up email was also quick and really helped with my decision making.
