Steph was friendly, professional and knew her stuff - that hasn’t changed throughout our sale and if we were to move again I would go with them again, no question! The whole team were amazing, and I really feel like they took the time to listen to our requirements, so when they took on a house that was perfect for us they called right away - and they were spot on! I’m currently writing this from our perfect house which could have passed us by if they hadn’t been so quick to act. I think the best thing about Country Properties is everyone seems to muck in, always willing to go the extra mile and they never miss a beat. The Shefford branch is outstanding! We purchased our property through Country Properties and Lucy was the negotiator who we dealt with. Whilst we were not her actual clients, the communication and flexibility were outstanding. When viewing houses, Lucy, unbeknownst to us, actually came in on her day off to show us around. When we found the house we wanted, it did not matter which member of the team we spoke to as whoever we did speak to knew exactly where our purchase was up to. I have recently purchased a property through this agency and have nothing but good words to say about Country Properties in Shefford. Steph was handling the sale but I also dealt with Jamie and Lucy. Due to the nature of conveyancing, I was unable to speak to the seller or sellers solictor myself, but Steph (and Lucy in the final stages!) were absolutely fantastic at communicating between all parties and pushing things along. I never found it difficult to get hold of Steph - she is superbly efficent! Lucy played an absolutely integral part in getting the completion over the line when Steph was on (very well deserved!) leave, and I cannot thank them both enough.
