What should have been a simple sale and purchase (first time buyer for my house and new build purchase by myself - doesn't get much simpler!) just dragged on and on and on and, had it not been for the Shefford Branch team, I doubt very much whether much would have happened at all! Even on completion day, when unexplained delays to money transfer were stringing things out such that I was at risk of having to pay additional charges to the removal company, Lorraine was on the case to save the day and even drove to the property to hand me the keys in person which was a massive help given how close I was to busting a blood vessel!
