The team at Country Properties were brilliant. From listing our home through to viewings and then progressing the sale once our chain was complete. Communication was excellent throughout and Steph was key in bringing together all agents and solicitors to keep it all moving. There were times when the process was extremely frustrating but Steph and the team chased everything up, ironed out any issues and gave great advice throughout. We were extremely grateful to have an estate agent we could rely on. We would definitely recommend.

We have so much to say about Country Properties. Steph valuated our property just after Covid. We put our property a new build home in Shefford up for sale in December '2022 Jamie sat with us and set up a price and with in a couple of months we sold our property. We also used Satchels from Shefford to sell our property. But both Steph and Jamie and the rest of the team were very professional and efficient with keeping us informed of the times the clients were going to view the property and who they were. We got feed back from them once every person who viewed the property. We used a solicitor Steph recommended and home removals she recommended. The solicitors were amazing and liaised via emails informing step by step the movements of each stage of the exchange documents etc. The home removals were very helpful and moved out my unwanted furniture too and price was very good. Both Steph and Jamie had a calm and polite manner as they spoke. Thank you both and for being so understanding and caring, very good customer service throughout. I would definitely recommend Country properties to you weather you are selling your house or buying. In future We will buy properties from Country properties. Thank you and keep up the good work.😊👍

Steph was friendly, professional and knew her stuff - that hasn’t changed throughout our sale and if we were to move again I would go with them again, no question! The Shefford branch is outstanding! We purchased our property through Country Properties and Lucy was the negotiator who we dealt with. Whilst we were not her actual clients, the communication and flexibility were outstanding. When viewing houses, Lucy, unbeknownst to us, actually came in on her day off to show us around. When we found the house we wanted, it did not matter which member of the team we spoke to as whoever we did speak to knew exactly where our purchase was up to.
