From Instruction to Completion Jamie and his team were fantastic, they worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth completion within a very short period of time. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked with all parties involved to ensure a smooth sale. My husband and I were very impressed and can not Thank them enough. I would also like to Thank Tracey in rentals who too assisted me with the rental of the property prior to the property being placed on the market. Highly recommend.

From instruction to completion, Jamie and his team at Country Properties made sure that I was kept up-to-date with the progress of my transaction. Country properties sold our house & helped us purchase our new home. We found the house we loved Sam & Evie went above & beyond to advertise our house & show people round. We had a few issues with solicitors holding up the chain, Steph & Jamie were fantastic at keeping everyone updated the whole way through, it definitely wasn’t any easy sale ! I could call them anytime they reply to e-mails straight away. Steph made sure everyone was updated on the process at all times. There was NO hard sales or hidden costs. Shefford country properties definitely work together as part of team and that really shows. Would definitely recommend them to anyone !

Steph and Jamie have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We've had a bit of a tough sale with the bottom of the chain falling out twice (despite having been heavily vetted by the team at CP), but both times, the situation was remedied and quickly. From the initial valuation we were given a great price (without even having to haggle), they have kept us in the loop throughout the whole process (good and bad) and helped us drive the sale through to completion, which again was no easy task with a particularly leisurely solicitor involved in the chain who liked to ask questions, a LOT of questions. Steph and Jamie have been great, without them involved I think we'd still be going back and forth trying to exchange. I would definitely recommend Country Properties Shefford to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
