Country Properties and particularly Steph were excellent in selling my house. They really worked hard to structure a sale and purchase and seem extremely motivated to move the transaction through. They followed up all the time making sure all the solicitors and chain were aligned. You could probably find cheaper online estate agents, but I would think that the sales from these online companies are far more likely to fall through.
