We were having a nightmare whilst going through our process of selling our flat when we finally took the decision to change estate agents to country properties in shefford, steph was excellent from start to finish got the people who were appropriate to actually buying our property not just everyone, the experience from start to finish was brilliant (even when the impending stress and snippy messages our end crept in steph was still amazing with us), couldn't recommend enough and if we ever sell again we will definitely being using steph and the team.

As a local charity Pre-School and Wrap Around Care provider, Jamie and the teams at Country Properties, support in organising our Duck Race annual fundraising event is invaluable. They enter into the spirit of the event, with decorated window displays and joining us on the days with their skittle alley and even their car filled with balloons.

We've used the Shefford Branch of CP for the purchase of home in 2013 and subsequent sale in Shefford in 2022. We've always found Jamie, Steph and the team extremely professional, never too busy to answer questions or put our worries to rest. At every step of the process we felt we were in very safe hands.

We would strongly recommend country Properties Shefford. Steph and the shefford team were wonderful, always got back to us and relayed messages when we rang. The first house we put an offer on we lost just to a higher bid, However, Steph kept us in mind when a property came on the market that ticked all our boxes (and more!) and was within our budget. we were the first to view and put an offer in straight away that was excepted! We are really grateful to steph, she found us a beautiful 3 bed home in shefford.

Jamie, Steph and the team provided us with an overall fantastic service when selling our home. House sold at expected price in first weekend on the market, however where the real value comes in with using Jamie and the team is when issues with the chain occur. Thankyou guys for excellent service!
