We have just purchased a house with The Redbrik Team as our estate agents and I cannot fault any of the work they have done for us over the last few months! Even from the offset, we were able to book a viewing hours after we had rang them up with interest in our house. We was able to take the property off the market the same day as we viewed it and they helped with us pay our reservation fee. Our agent, Emma, was absolutely brilliant! She replied promptly, reassured any concerns we had, was flexible for us to view the home on a number of occasions, polite, friendly, professional. We haven’t got a bad word to say about her! OMG, like the best estate agents EVER!! I can't go into all the details but Redbrik restored our faith in estate agents in Sheffield, they just made our house look amazing, got a great sale and supported us to get the place of our dreams! They showed everyone round, they were super profesh, looked amazing, were friendly and responsive and got us a great deal with our solicitor too Taylor and Emmet who were also so good I heard from them maybe 8 times and then we completed!! Every other house move I've gone through was like a horror movie, with estate agents who dropped everything on us and solicitors who seemed to not know what they were doing... This time it was as smooth as silk and they supported us great after SK estate agents shafted us in a sale (apparently not illegal even though it cost us so much). I HIGHLY RECOMEND them as estate agents to completely trust! I'm so impressed, it's embarrassing how much I'm just wow'd by this company. Jess sold our house and was a total boss, Louise & Emi were lovely and great at what they do, Lewis was a total legend 🤩🙌 Don't be tight and try and penny pinch for like £200 lol, they're just too good and you'll be so grateful to yourselves that you did, they won't let you down they'll smash it for you!

I recently sold my property through the guys at Redbrik on Ecclesall Road and was highly impressed by the level of service I received; particularly from Lewis, who handled my sale. As a first-time seller, Lewis was always very responsive and explained any queries I had in detail, leaving me feeling confident that all matters were being dealt with efficiently. He kept me up-to-date via email and phone calls with any legal developments and absolutely went the extra mile to ensure the smooth transfer of my old property to its new owner. This also ensured that the "sale" part of our moving day and the key handover was done with ease. Communication is key when buying/selling a house (particularly if not used to the process) and this was a really strong point from Lewis and his department.

We recently sold our property through Redbrik. It certainly wasn't a straight forward sale due to issues elsewhere in the chain but Redbrik were excellent throughout.
