I have used Redbrick for just over as year now and we have been very pleased with their service. We are new to Letting and have found the way they communicate and keep in touch is fantastic. I would highly recommend them, they keep both tenants and landlords happy by giving great customer service, informing us of all things we need to know without just invoicing us, they send photos which means you get to see problems or issues first hand. Their contractors seem to be reasonable in the only instance we have used them. They also seem to find great tenants which also means things tend to run very smoothly.

The most caring and efficient letting company I’ve ever rented from. Zoe Addenbrooke was so attentive and helpful, and was in constant communication with us whenever we needed her. She is a credit to the company. Redbrik were really thorough when we moved in, including taking close images of any slight damage in the property to ensure our deposit would not be effected by any previous damage.
