Very happy with the service. I needed a property last minute, Lehila really helped me view the property quickly and move in as quickly as possible. Love the fact she managed to switch things in her diary to make sure I was able to move in without any problems. I recommend.

Gina and the team have been absolutely brilliant. The whole process was quick and hassle free and there was always someone helpful at the end of the line to help sort out any niggles. I couldn’t have asked for better. Fantastic service with a smile.

Absolutely horrendous, botched everything to do with check in and check out, botched the deposit recovery process, gave the adjudicator the wrong amount, created a lot of agro with leaving tenant and new tenant, made a list of mistakes as long as my arm, would NOT recommend to anyone. PS: I can see a condescending response below from Gina which has no bearing whatsoever on the issues discussed.

Hi, i went to look at a flat in chesterfield, Abbie was martin and co. Contact had good communication via email. Followed buy phone confirmation on the day of the viewing from Abbie. Unfortunatly the flat was not for me but Abbie followed up my visit with a phone call to ask for feed back. Great staff, well done Abbie, shame about the flat. Kev Bishop

Recently moved house through Martin and Co and dealt with Lehila. What a polite, sweet and helpful young lady. Had a few issues when moving however lehila took no hesitstion is sorting these out for me and answered any questions I had. Would recommend her service if anyone is looking to move. She is a delight!

By far the best lettings agency I have dealt with. Their competitors were either asking for huge deposits up front, were completely unsympathetic to our circumstance (NHS worker moving 300miles for next placement, no I can't come for a face to face interview during lockdown 🤦‍♂️) or were downright rude. Deanna on the other hand was helpful, friendly and professional, she listened and understood our requirements and helped us every step of the way through the process. The video viewing was clear, well shot and detailed. The online app Goodlord is easy to use to deal with the reference checks and contractual paperwork, the whole team is friendly and knowledgeable, and they've gone the extra mile to help us at every point in the process! Highly recommended, and we will always use Martin&Co.

Lovely staff to work with! Georgia was great throughout my application process and very friendly and timely with everything which was reassuring despite the pandemic. Also, I loved the “move in” kit with treats and vouchers that I received when I got my keys. They definitely came in handy on move in day!😁 …
