Have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Henry Spencer - by far have found them the most professional, helpful and attentive agents I have come across in Sheffield. My partner and I just moved into a rental property together. Everyone who dealt with us from Henry Spencer were friendly, explained everything well and treated us with respect (which I have found is not always the case with some other agents in Sheffield, especially if you're young / a student). When we were shown around the property the person doing the viewing noticed where some wallpaper was peeling off and immediately notified the landlord and had it all sorted out by the time we moved in. The inventory was properly and professionally carried out. Have had no problems with anything at all. Have used many agents in Sheffield but would highly, highly recommend Henry Spencer above the rest.
