I have been ringing for the past 20 minutes and all in in getting in the automated service!!

My husband and I found a house through Crucible. Overall it was fine, but after we had paid and were supposed to move in they forgot to send someone to the house to give us the keys and we were stranded for over an hour outside in the rain with all of our belongings. When the guy arrived we found out that the contract was for 6 months and not a year. So not the best experience, but not as bad as others.

Absolutely disgraceful company! Told my pensioner mother in law after 7 years to vacate the property in the matter of weeks this is how they feel fit to treat people that have never missed a payment as long as she been there. They even had apartments available at the time of contacting her but never put these forward as an alternative. What company would see fit to do this to a pensioner! Me and my wife rang them there is absolutely no customer service from them. You should be ashamed of yourselves! If you are a tenant looking for a property think twice before entertaining these cowboys.
