From the initial stages right through to the final adjustments, she has been an absolute superstar. ​Nicola strikes the perfect balance: she is incredibly friendly and casual, making every interaction feel easy and low-stress, yet she maintains the highest level of professionalism. She is exceptionally responsive, often getting back to me almost immediately, and always operates with a wonderfully reasonable approach when dealing with requests. ​What truly set her apart was her willingness to make various necessary adjustments for me. She was proactive, held the fort down impeccably, and ensured the entire moving-in process was seamless. ​Nicola is an enormous asset to this company and deserves significant recognition—in my opinion, she absolutely merits a raise for her consistently outstanding work. Recently had to move at short notice, however Isaac was very helpful and everything got sorted nice and promptly with minimal delays, allowing me to find a new place and move in less than 2 weeks.

The whole experience I had with Dawn and Harriet was one of superb friendliness and efficiency! They helped me land a brilliant flat in St.Pauls City Lofts and were attentive throughout, resulting in the whole process only taking a few days from initial enquiry to keys in my hand!
