I have been a Property Landlord in Sheffield for 30 years . For the last two years Nicholas Humphreys has been assigned as my Estate Agent and has assisted me to rent and sell my properties . I have found “Nicholas Lambrou” ( Broomhill and Crookes branch, Sheffield ) to be very professional, efficient, hard-working, and motivated to complete the task in hand. He is a problem solver and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for him. He has excellent communication skills, and is a pleasure to deal with, always returning my calls and keeping me updated at all times . I would highly recommend Nicholas, and will continue to use his services in the future .

My experience with Nicholas Humphreys has been great. Their service has been consistently professional and efficient since I started renting with them in Sheffield. Sue and Nicholas have both been incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process!
