Nicholas is a truly exceptional estate agent, a cut above the rest. His qualities would be difficult to list but here are a few that stand out ; his professionalism, knowledge of the home he is selling, his honesty and his human touch . After viewing many a house with various estate agents across Sheffield, I was surprised and dissapointed to find that most were unfamiliar with the home they were selling or the area. Simple questions could not be answered, this unfortunately made house hunting a difficult task. However this changed when I viewed a house with Nicholas. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of information he knew about the area and home. It was clear to me that Nicholas dedicates a lot of time and effort getting to know the homes he sells. The experience with Nicholas was completely different in comparison to the big name estate agents in Sheffield. He took us on a house tour, no stone was left unturned, every question was answered with zero hesitation, every corner of the house was discussed .
