The Franchise owner Mr Javed Haq was extremely supportive throughout the whole process and placed lovely tenants at my property. I highly recommend Javaid and his team at Martin & co Shawlands. They have been managing my flat in Glasgow for nearly a year. From the very start the team have been an amazing support and made the transition very easy for me making my flat a rental for the first time. We are a family of five and have rented twice through this Martin & Co branch. Our experience has been incredibly well. The agency went out of their way to find us a second house to move into within the same school catchment area when our first landlords suddenly decided to move back into their house. They’ve always responded promptly to any issue, major or minor, that we ever faced in either of the properties. Their lines are open, much after normal office hours in case you have an emergency. We truly feel lucky to have rented through them and thank Linda, Javed, Isabella, Richard and the rest of their incredible team for supporting and helping us over the years in our tenancies.

Javaid and his team have managed my property for several years. Throughout, they have gone above and beyond to ensure the property is tenanted effectively while also going out of their way to help the tenant. Any issues I have had, be it missed rent or repairs, have been handled amicably and swiftly. Outstanding Service I spoke with Cliff Dunn who is the Sales Manager at Martin and Co, Cliff was absolutely amazing, came out to see me the very next day after our initial conversation and made everything so easy. within 10 days of speaking with him my house was sold and his after care service was excellent. I would highly recommend using this company.

I have been renting a property with martin&co in shawlands for over 5 years now and I can honestly say they are the best letting agency I have ever dealt with.
