Have been a tenant with Martin & Co for around 12 years and I find them very friendly, helpful and professional. When things need attending to they are always happy to help and I have never had any issues with them. They were also extremely supportive when a bad tenant moved in below me once and did everything they could to assure and help me until the problem (unrelated to them) was solved.
