Oliver and Roz at the Northiam office recently sold our property for us. They were excellent - pro-active, patient and very professional throughout the whole process. They always kept us up to date and made it all very stress free. They were a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend them.

Recently sold my flat in South Croydon - advertised via many of the local providers - Streets Ahead, Haart, Choices, Barnard Marcus. Streets Ahead were excellent - got dozens of viewers in, always checked times in advance and were there to host all viewings. They found two buyers - one fell through and the other purchased the flat. Choices were okay - nice people, found a few viewers. The absolute worst are Barnard Marcus - they almost sabotaged my sale by calling my buyer and telling him I was still looking to find a buyer for my flat, a month after I instructed them to take it off the market. They often don't turn up to viewings, and harass buyers with poor customer service. AVOID. Go for Streets Ahead - definitely the best agents in South Croydon.

Although I have not been a avid user of Estate Agents, I have used them over a period of 60 years. The Northiam branch of Rush Witt & Wilson surpassed every other Agent by a country mile. The level of service, information flow and helpful advice was exceptionally good, tempted to say superb.

Amazing team, we all know house buying can be stressful but with the knowledge, wisdom and attention to detail the team have along with great communication with all parties, they made it much less so, thank you team, specially Roz!
