We enquired about a property just as lockdown was easing and were contacted straight away for a viewing; safety was clearly paramount by the advice given and the steps/precautions that they took, but we were able to view the property very soon after the enquiry. From then, once we agreed to proceed, they have been very attentive, responding to emails quickly (often the same day).
