Absolutely no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Polkadot if you are thinking of selling. They professionally drove the whole deal from providing a house staging consultant to get your home in the right shape for sale, through professional photography and marketing - to conducting the viewings and price negotiations. I was presented with 2 fully vetted potential buyers - all I had to do was decide.. There professional service was just so good, I never even met my buyer.. Diligence is a watch word for them - not just up to the sale agreed staged, but all the way through to completion. My suggestion to you is to recognise that it really is worth using an exemplary professional team who sell many houses every month, when compared against your own expertise where you sell/buy only a few times in your life. In my case their negotiating skills lifted the price by tens of thousands of pounds from the first offers. Made real financial sense.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid.......outright liars, typical old style Estate Agents, tell you what you want to hear until you challenge what they’re telling you then they just put the phone down and refuse to answer it when you call back!! Branch Manager is always unavailable if they exist?! They have zero customer service skills and couldnt give a flying monkeys about being caught out when the lies finally surface. DO NOT recommend in anyway shape or form. Might be cheap to use but the old saying is true you pay peanuts you get monkeys!!
