Hat and Home exceeded all our expectations. In a tricky market they got an asking price offer on our property amazingly within 10 days of going to market. Every staff member has been lovely to work with and gone above and beyond. Can't recommend enough if you're looking to sell or buy in Sandhurst or Crowthorne!

Having read previous reviews about Hat and Home I could not disagree more. Marny Howick and her team have been fantastic. I can not emphasise enough how friendly, polite and helpful they have been. We have had to withdraw our property from the market due to personal reasons but during our dealings with them they have kept us informed at all times and nothing has been too much trouble. I can only assume that the previous reviews are fake. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to use an estate agent and I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you so much to Ben and team at Hat & Home for selling my late mothers flat. We had just about given up hope after trying two local established agents with very few viewings when we thought we would have one final attempt and try Hat & Home. What a complete breath of fresh air the team were! All other agents could do was complain about market or suggest we drop price.
