We have been using Martin and Co since April 2022. So far our experience has been brilliant, our property manager is always available, and for any other matters, we are able to speak to Gary, Hannah and Carol very easily! Would highly recommend for those looking for a stress free and more personal lettings agent.

Couldn't recommend enough! I rented a few properties with them and also bought my first house. Kat, Hannah and the team have been so helpful though the whole process. Always keeping me up to date with everything and been so patient through out everything specially due to my delays.

We only recently moved over to Martín & Co from another agent. All the staff at the Saltaire office are very pleasant and friendly, in particular Hannah Simpson. Each time I’ve had to deal with her she’s been very prompt in replying to any queries, and has dealt with any issues in a professional manner. Highly recommended!
