I've used Martin & Co for many years to let out my property and deal with the issues that naturally arise over the course of time. I have always been satisfied with their service, they deal with everything they are able to and make my experience as stress free as it can be. There is never a problem getting through to our property manager; even if she is not at her desk at the moment we phone, she gets back to us very quickly. Our property manager deals with everything in a very professional way, and skilfully negotiates any potential problems with tenants to arrive at a satisfactory outcome. We feel that our property manager is very much on the same wave length and understands the issues of renting out a property.

When we were having issues with our boiler, our contact with Martin and Co was professional, speedy and highly helpful. We had our boiler back working within hours thanks to Angela and the team!
