Hannah Simpson is my property manager and all I can say is that she is brilliant. She made our move in process really smooth and I have had a couple of small problems that needing sorting and Hannah has been perfect every time. She is very prompt at responding to emails and she also makes sure you are happy with anything that needed to be done. Martin & Co Saltaire are by far the best letting agency I have used.

Tenancy in Cullingworth

I rented my house for over 5 years. Martin & Co were always excellent in communicating and attending to any issues that I might have had. In particular, Denise, who looked after my tenancy throughout, was superb. Always quick to react to my questions and answered efficiently and diligently. It was a shame that I moved on but sometimes we can't miss a nice opportunity. Thank you Denise.

I am a long standing tenant with Martin &co, the service that is given is above and beyond and this is mostly down to my agent ANGELA Nichols. She is always at hand when needed and always goes out of her way to get any maintenance or works done.

First time selling a house and Martin & Co were amazing throughout, the process was really stressful (not on their part) and Kathryn from sales was amazing, kept me updated and did a lot of chasing for me which helped me keep reassured and positive about the process, she is a gem to have at that place. I would recommend people to use Martin and Co 100%.

I've worked all my life but ran into difficulties when I got long COVID and was struggling to pay my rent, I was put into contact with agent Carline Dyson who was so sympathetic and has and still is helping me through the bad patch I'm going through, she has been a true guiding light and owe her so much, she is a credit to Martin and co

I am moving into a property which is managed by Martin & co and I have to say there customer service has been outstanding from the start. Collected my keys today and Angela was very efficient and friendly. Would 100% recommend this company. They also gave me a cute little welcome pack which I thought was a lovely touch.

Just want to firstly say, wow. I can not thank Victoria anymore if I tried. She went above and beyond to help me through one of the most difficult times I've ever had to face. She was constantly in contact, always gave the right information and actually supported us when liaising with other organizations. Absolutely 10/10 service!
