Angela at Martin & Co did a smashing job setting up a tenancy agreement for my Dad and I. It was a long haul, all the requirements and interactions, thinking it all up, just how we were going to do it. But Angela tied it all together in bows. She is a smashing person, I've known her for years, through 10 years of my tenancy. Ever there's a problem, I ring Angela, and she's always there. We’ve recently become tenants in one of Martin & Co’s properties. Martin & Co have been with us every step of the way and have been really attentive to our needs as well as answering any queries we’ve had in a timely manner. We were moving cities and allowed us to have a family member collect our keys which made our moving day infinitely easier.
