Landlord in Bradford
I have always been happy with Martin and Co at Saltaire. Caroline and the finance department seem to get the job done very quietly and efficiently; if ever I have had an issue, Caroline has been happy to deal with it promptly. I have always felt confident in her and am grateful for her professional skills. Denise and the management team are my usual point of contact: I feel that they are always there for me and happy to deal with issues really quickly. I admire their skills, their sensitivity and the forthright manner in which they simply get on with the job. My thanks to both Caroline's Finance Team and Denise's Lettings Management Team. They are a joy and a comfort to have working on my behalf.

Happy with letting experience
I've used Martin and Co as a landlord to let out a new property recently. I've been very happy with the responsiveness, professionally and fast delivery that the team has to offer. They're always quick to respond to queries and keep you updated on progress. They're also very pro-active and sort out issues before you even think of them. Angela and Samantha in particular have been a massive help in getting the property up to shape and letting it out. Overall, I've been very pleased with the customer experience so far and am excited to continue working with them.
