Martin and co should be super impressed with the hard work of carol stubbs, her help in finding a new property after our landlord- also with martin and co was selling- was exceptional. She really helped ease the pressures.

My wife and I have owned two properties in Bradford for the past six years which are rented out through Martin & Co., Saltaire. Since meeting Carol Stubbs on day one we have found this company to provide an excellent service for landlords. Prospective tenants are extremely well sourced and vetted and our properties have never stood empty for more than a couple of weeks. The hand overs have always been very efficient and six monthly checks are part of the service once new tenants are in situ. As we live 200 miles away it is important for us to have piece of mind that issues will be dealt with promptly and effectively when they arise and that has certainly been our experience. All the staff have always been friendly and helpful whenever we have had dealings with them. I have nothing but praise for this company and would recommend their services to any prospective landlord.

Highly recommend the team at Martin and Co Saltaire Branch. On viewing a property I was greeted by Samantha who was very friendly and chatty. She allowed me to take pictures and videos as my husband couldn’t attend that day and gave me all the information in regards to securing the property. I knew immediately that I wanted the house so I didn’t hesitate to put in the application for it. Samantha rang me to inform me the landlord wanted to go ahead and I was over the moon. From then on, I dealt with Kathryn. She was polite, friendly and would call to keep me updated on the process. There were a few issues in regards to securing the house and Kathryn helped us with this. The whole process was easy from start to finish and everything could be done electronically rather than travelling to the office. I cannot thank Samantha and Kathryn enough for helping us secure our new home. Highly recommend.

Fast, friendly and informative

We let our home through Martin & Co and have always been really impressed by the service. Just this week one of the agents, Angela, has gone out of her way to help us re-carpet our property but using local links. They care both about the tenant and the owner. I want my tenants to feel happy and valued in our house and Martin & Co get this just right and help to manage that important relationship really well.

Hannah was fabulous
