I am a landlord for a flat that has been managed by this office for nearly 15 years. For the very first time we had a struggling tenant and of course a tricky situation. I would just like to say how professional Jess has been in managing through the repossession of the flat. She has gone the extra mile to get to a place where the legal governance was successful. Then there was a whole load of processes to go through to manage bringing the flat back to a habitable state (Just disposal of possessions and deep cleaning). Would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a managing agent.

I had been a tenant with this company for nearly 6 years and have recently purchased the property, something i thought id never be able to do. These ladies have always dealt with issues promptly and proffessionally and were always very polite giving you a great personal service thankyou.

Am new to the area and have found Jodie so helpful in not only advising me about properties to consider, but also helpful in suggesting areas that match my needs, helpful hints on safety and social aspects. Really felt she listened and honed in on exactly the types of residences I needed. Couldn’t have done this without her help and achieved such a great outcome!

Jess is very helpful and professional. I have been dealing with Jess for a few years now and she is always very approachable and friendly. She is also very reliable and prompt getting back to me whenever I have any issues. Similarly, she works hard on the tenants' behalf to make sure all is in order and safe for them.
