We have recently moved into a property which was let and is now being managed by Martin & Co. I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to view the property. Hannah showed me around and was really friendly and professional. All the staff in the office were welcoming and when I explained our circumstances they couldn’t do enough to speed up the process. Denise over saw the application and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this letting agency.

Denise Feather has been so helpful with this property on my behalf, when the tenant left after giving in her notice the property was in rather a bad state of affair, but Denise went above and beyond to get all the relevant workpeople, cleaning teams in to bring it back to its former glory, she has kept me fully informed at all times of what was happening, times things were going to take place etc, would highly recommend, I have been with Martin and Co for many years and have always been pleased with the service I have received.

My wife and I have owned two properties in Bradford for the past six years which are rented out through Martin & Co., Saltaire. Since meeting Carol Stubbs on day one we have found this company to provide an excellent service for landlords. Prospective tenants are extremely well sourced and vetted and our properties have never stood empty for more than a couple of weeks. The hand overs have always been very efficient and six monthly checks are part of the service once new tenants are in situ. As we live 200 miles away it is important for us to have piece of mind that issues will be dealt with promptly and effectively when they arise and that has certainly been our experience.
