We’ve just secured a rental property with the help of Carol Stubbs, the Lettings Manager at Martin & Co. The whole process was smooth, straightforward and relatively easy. I rented a flat through Martin & Co Saltaire for quite some time and had Jess Tillotson as my property manager — she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Always responsive, kind, and on top of everything, she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even when issues came up, she handled them quickly and professionally. You could really tell she cared about the tenants and not just ticking boxes. She made moving out just as easy as moving in. If I ever move back to the area, I would 100% rent through them again.
