Dear Malcolm We just wanted to say it was a pleasure meeting you. We have had viewings at a good number of properties and have experienced a variety of estate agents' approaches to a viewing situation. You made us feel very comfortable, gave us all the important information and pointed out some lovely things we might have missed but let us have time to think and come to our own conclusions. I hope that doesn't sound patronising but I think some of the other agents that have shown us around could learn a lot from you!

Property viewing conducted by Malcolm White. Good communication beforehand to arrange and confirm the appointment. Malcolm arrived punctually and showed the property in a thorough, informative manner. He was able to answer our questions and provided added value signposting us to a Mortgage Advisor.

Malcolm & James have been a breath of fresh air to Salisbury Estate Agency. It's evident that Malcolm loves and cares about what he does. He spends time to understand his customers so that he knows what aspect of selling/buying is most important to them and sets out to achieve that for them. He is always at the end of the phone to give advice, reassurance or even just to help people in their thought process if they are ready to sell or not. He is extremely generous with his time and looks for the optimum outcome not the easy one.
