Process for dealing with sale of our house was clearly explained. Within a week of first viewings we had several offers and accepted one (better than expected). Now in hands of Solicitors.

Tenant had to be evicted after refusing to leave. Under the guaranteed rent scheme Northwood did all the paperwork and prepared the case for court. All I did was just wait for the keys. Good friendly staff and service. Would recommend Northwood to others.

We have used Northwood for a few years as our letting agent. We have then used them to sell. They knew the market well and suggested we price to get overs above and we did! Pleased with the price and the he property was only empty for a week before the sale completed. Couldn't fault them. Thank you.
