We had the pleasure of dealing with Sam and Pete as they were the agents our sellers had chosen. As first time buyers, we didn’t know much about the process but Sam made sure to keep us updated every step of the way which was invaluable. We communicated through WhatsApp and Sam was available at any time of day to answer any query and reassure us on any issue (something we couldn’t quite believe at first)! Sam played a huge part in making our buying process so positive and we would absolutely recommend Ewemove Sale to anyone. Thank you Sam!

We recently sold our property through EweMove and honestly could not recommend Sam and Pete enough! This was our first time selling a home and they were able to guide us through every step of the process. When listing the property they took great photos and drummed up a lot of interest, meaning we secured a high number of viewings and more importantly multiple offers over asking price! But their service didn’t stop once the offer was accepted, unfortunately due to issues with our onward chain (no fault of EweMove at all), we ended up having a long and difficult journey. However EweMove really went above and beyond to support us throughout, both professionally and emotionally! They were happy to answer all questions and act as a sounding board for any issues and they really helped to push the whole thing along. We really cannot sing their praises enough and would 100% recommend EweMove to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area!

Myself and my partner moved all the way from London to Manchester which to begin with was very daunting and taxing. Every single other estate agent we worked with were abrasive and generally unhelpful with a lack of understanding towards our situation. Time was running out and we were still struggling to come to an agreement with anyone. Thats when we met Sam and Pete. From the first phone call, Sam was nothing but helpful and friendly with a level of professionalism that put us at ease whilst also making sure to not make false promises. Over the course of a few weeks, Sam and Pete managed to find us a home beyond what we were imagining for ourselves in the perfect area and guided us through all of the processes smoothly. There were zero complications and they went above and beyond to make sure of that. Post us moving in and settling they have continued to aid us with any and all types of queries efficiently and effectively. Thank you Sam and Pete, we wouldn't be here without you.

Ewe move have been perfect from start to finish, we first viewed our property with Pete and he was extremely helpful, friendly and really helped sell the property to us we loved even by looking at the photos anyway! Once our offer was accepted which was all online and so easy and straight forwarded, we were put into a group chat with us and Pete and Sam, whenever I needed to know anything Sam was replying within minutes and helped lead us through the whole process being first time buyers, right up to completion hour Sam and Pete were communicating with us and having those two there really eased a lot of aniexty about any questions we had etc as they are always on hand to help. The whole process was done within 12 weeks, I truly believe part of this is down to Pete and Sam and how much they help push the process along, I could not thank them enough and would highly recommend. After trying 3 other estate agents in northwich for 1 year I had lost hope and thought i would be trapped and never be able to move. Thank god someone recommended ewemove. Within 2 days the lovely estate agents were over taking the best pictures I had ever seen of my house and getting me 6 viewings in a few days. The other estate agents only got me 5 viewings in 1 year!!! The house sold stc 2 weeks later. I am so happy. Northwich, Cheshire is known for being a very slow market but ewemove made it feel fast. The other estate agent pictures were awful and were super slow with marketing and getting me viewings. I would 100% recommend to anyone in cheshire trying to sell. They are also cheaper than the other estate agents which is amazing as they are worth their weight in gold. I owe you everything thank you both so much xx
