There should be a special 6 stars review for EweMove Sale for going above and beyond. We were with one of the "big" names who did the usual of just listing the house and then sending random different people to point at rooms. After 3 months we had a recommendation from a friend to use EweMove and from the very first meeting with Samantha I knew we were in great hands. She completely re-worked the approach, the photos/video and properly "sold" the house. 5 days after re-listing we were under offer. Even then, Sam was always there, no matter what day or time to answer queries and always had time for us. She badgered the solicitors, fought our corner, kept us fully informed and advised us the best approaches I'm very rarely truly impressed but Sam's service was outstanding and I mean "OUTSTANDING". Heck, she was even there on moving day helping tidy up and clean and one of the removal men asked if she was a family member and when I said she was the estate agent his chin hit the floor - he said in 27 years of being in the business, he'd never seen anything like ot from an estate agent (sorry if I've just made a rod for your back there Sam).

What a great experience this was. I’ve always wondered what it is that estate agents do, other than advertise your property. Well they are the agent for your estate, they should chase, harry, and check in with both the seller and the buyer. After a considerable delay caused by the solicitor, Sam and Pete told us what we needed to say and when, and with out them we wouldn’t have completed our sale before Christmas.
