Having had other agents trying to sell our house when we met Andrew we were quite disgruntled with the whole thing. He listened to everything we said and everything we wanted from an estate agent. He arranged the photos which were really good and a lot better than any others. It was all agreed and put on the market on Wednesday. He said they were ‘getting on the phones’ and over the weekend we had 6 viewings and on Monday an offer, which was accepted on Tuesday. We had regular contact (one of the things we wanted!) and Andrew was really good fun to have involved in the process! Let’s just hope the rest of the process goes as smoothly. Definitely recommend.
