As an overseas landlord, I have been very pleased with the service provided by Jacquitta and the other members of the team in Saffron Walden. My apartment has been managed by Intercounty for several years and another new tenant has just been efficiently moved in.

Especially when I needed to make a last minute change, they were nothing but supportive and thanks to them I am able to move into a new property within a really quick turnaround. Emma Clyde has gone beyond all expectations showed enthusiasm, politeness , friendly, prompt in answering any questions I have had and made it an enjoyable experience. Would thoroughly recommend InterCounty Saffron Walden if you have a property to sell in the area. Peter Cuffaro and the team were professional and friendly throughout, and nothing was to much trouble. We were given an honest valuation by Peter from the outset and achieved a very close to the asking price sale. All viewings were conducted within the guidelines of the restrictions in place but still in a friendly manner. We were at no point subjected to any hard sales pitch’s which would have put us of immediately and although we dealt with most members of the team at some point the helpfulness was apparent across the board. So much as it pains me to use this phrase and at no point thankfully were we subjected to it constantly, well done guys, brilliant work.

Intercounty made our experience of letting a property seamless with helping us every step of the way, ensuring we were up to speed with all communication and keeping us on track with every process. Special mention to Jac who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Intercounty have managed my rental properties for 15yrs plus. I have never had cause to complain. As more legislation appears around tenancy agreements and legal duties for landlords Intercounty's expertise has been invaluable. I would not be without them for peace of mind and responsiveness.
