Incredible service from the intercounty Lettings Team, Jac, Caroline & Jade were great, but also whoever answered the phone (which they always did) were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I went from viewing a rental property to having the keys in two weeks. If you're looking to let a property or rent, the service and quality of the team makes this first choice.

We purchased our property with intercounty and I can honestly say I have dealt with Jordan throughout the process, he is exceptional at his job, extremely professional and has kept me informed the whole time. Jordan is a credit to the company so easy to deal with and has kept me calm when I felt a bit stressed as you do when moving house. Intercounty have recently sold my my rental property that they have managed for the last two years. The rental side was handled superbly by Jo, meaning i didnt really have to think or deal with any faults or repairs that cropped up. Issues that did crop up were handled professionally and speedily by the team. The sale side was similarly professionally handled by Andrew and Jordan. Firstly in finding a buyer and secondly in handling all conveyancing queries proficiently, including taking time out to visit the rental property to check out and solve the buyers requests. Having viewed lots of properties with other agents we were blown away with the professionalism of Claire Moir at Intercounty. When viewing a property it was apparent that Claire had done her homework and was able to answer all of our questions. She offered tips on how we might put our own stamp on the property and remained professional at all times. Intercounty sold our house twice in 6 months. Having pulled out of the first offer which we received over asking for we were forced to pull out due to a change in financial circumstances. The team were understanding the whole way through the process and re listed our house 5 months later selling it in short succession. Highly recommend in our local area

the team were very good in dealing with our sale and purchase recently. we hadnt moved for a very long time and never both at the same time so they made sure to let us know all the steps. they were great ad advising things to do as we needed to process to go very swiftly. Alex in particular who handled everything dealing with solicitors was a saint, very understand of any issues and great and finding ways to work around and resolve them
