My partner and I were lucky to had a few viewings and buy a house with Richard James (Rushden), most of them with Danny who was amazing. The branch really is an example of how estate agents should be and work, great communication at all times, very respectful, professional and friendly staff Danny was very helpful in all stages, from first viewing up to after handing the keys, very good customer services at all times. Again, an example of how an Estate Agent should work and deal with customers. We are so happy we had to deal with them and would recommend to everyone. Definitely would use in the future.

From the moment we contact Richard Taylor to ask about a valuation on our property, I knew we had might the right choice of Estate Agent. His professional and knowledgeable manner made us feel at ease, he helped explain the entire process in simple and understandable terms which was great as it was our first house sale. The photos he personally took were fantastic and made the house look so appealing. His "supporting cast" of the Rushden branch were equally as kind and supportive throughout all interactions. They were always available to help with any queries/questions we had, and truly feel like we have made new friends through this business transaction. From the initial valuation to moving into our new home took a day short of 16 weeks which was just fantastic, and I cannot recommend Richard or his colleagues highly enough.

I dealt mainly with the little guy Danny who was very polite, Always kept me informed at every point along the journey and never found I had to chase for current situation. Although the owner Richard was exceptional sometimes calling to sort problems way past his opening hours. They helped to keep the sale moving aswell which was great as solicitors on both sides were slow at times. Would happily recommend them and appreciate their great service.
