Top class service
Kevin and Natalie worked tirelessly to sell my mother’s property despite all the current market uncertainties. They were in constant attendance with prospective buyers and always kept me fully informed - and offered much needed advice. Everyone I spoke to at Gibson Honey acted with professionalism and competence and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Oustanding
We used Gibson Honey in Ruislip Manor as they had come highly recommended. We were not disappointed one bit. Bethan, Lydia, and the rest of the lettings team we're great, they had great communication, always on time and kept to their word, and always, always service with a smile! We were not left confused one bit, they explained everything we needed clearly and effectively, and we got great new tenants with minimum fuss!

Sale of property by Gibson Honey
Kevin and his team have for the second time in three years delivered on all his promises in the sale of property for us. At every stage of the process, including the odd obstacle encountered, he has pulled all his team together to move the sale forward meeting all our criteria. His attitude to every aspect of the sale process is exceptional and he never loses focus on the client’s wishes to complete as swiftly as possible. We cannot recommend him and his team more highly.

Great service form Kevin and his team
My husband and I purchased our first home through Gibson Honey. We were very pleased with the whole team's friendly and professional manner throughout. We looked around a few places online to find a flat we liked and our favourite was let through Gibson Honey. We spoke to Bethan in the Ruislip branch who has been incredibly helpful and friendly through the whole process. There was no pressure from anybody we spoke to and they've made the whole process straight forward from start to finish

Excellent
I instructed Gibson Honey on a sale.and was very impressed with the service i received. I found them to be proactive and responsive to our enquiries and very easy to deal with. The property had been rented and ineptly (to put it mildly) managed by another agent in Ruislip. Gibson Honey went beyond what i expected and provided a quasi management, e.g arranging for some cosmetic plaster repairs, decorating, heating system to be checked etc. all without charge, Andy generally made our lives easier. Based on my experience i have no hesitation in recommending them.

Help with purchasing our first home

Professional, smooth rental experience
We have recently rented a 3-bedroom terrace with GH in Ruislip & the experience has been great from start to finish. Bethan, in particular, has been great - answering every question promptly & putting our minds at rest. The references process is a bit intense - done through a third-party - so be sure to forewarn your referees (employer & previous landlord/managing agent), as they’ll receive a very detailed survey to complete. Everyone at GH was great & went over & above to accommodate us - e.g. getting us into the property to take measurements, etc. before our move-in date. They also popped a card & voucher for a local pub through our letterbox after we moved in - a lovely, personal touch! Thank you, Bethan & colleagues, for everything! :)
