Best Estate Agent in Ruislip for Rent

Gibson Honey Letting Management Services
I procured the services of Gibson Honey for their Letting Management Services. I was really pleased with the service they provided with everything from the initial set up of the letting agreement through to the monthly management of rent collection and any other issues that required attention during the tenancy. I had a dedicated agent which handled most of the activity, however all members of staff were on hand to lend support when required. Overall service was friendly and honest with great advice available whenever required. All documentation and statements were produced in a timely manner with no inconsistencies or irregularities, making the overall process really easy and hassle free. Trustworthy and professional
We always use Gibson Honey to rent out our properties because their fees are low and they are always professional, trustworthy, friendly and helpful. We have always been happy with our Tenants and have not experienced any problems. This Agent covers a large area for rentals and we always recommend them to our friends. Amazing experience. Trust this company
Fantastic experience when I sold my house. Kevin and his team take the stigma that estate agents come with and make you realise that you shouldn't stereotype. He is highly personable and professional. You can tell he works tirelessly on small details to make the upheaval the seller goes through painless. Everything that happens is confirmed in writing and his advice allowed us to sell above asking price within 2 weeks. I highly recommend this company and you've got to ask why you would go else where especially when his pricing is the best I found. To sell now it's about the Internet and his company is on all the websites so why pay more to a showroom estate agent? I found my new house on the Internet and it didn't matter who had it up for sale. Thankyou Kev

Best Agent used to date
Gibson Honey have let out a property for us several times and have always been most professional and efficient. They have quickly found us excellent tenants and have helped us with any small problems that have arisen. Their service is also unusually friendly and caring. Thoroughly recommended!

first class, friendly professional service
I've let my house through Gibson Honey for over 5 years now. All my tenants have been trouble free and the property has never been empty during that time. They provide a first class, friendly professional service and I couldn't recomend them highly enough.

Complete excellent service
Gibson Honey sold two property's for me and I can not fault them at all. They did all the veiwing for me and the whole process went very smoothly. Did lose my first buyer, but I did not lose any confidence as immediately had more viewings booked in and sold within 3 days. I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin Gibson and his team. I have used the services of Gibson Honey for two separate house moves and would not hesitate in doing so again. Kevin, Laura and team are very friendly and the service they provide is personal, efficient and professional. The valuation they made was sensible and one which was successfully achieved in terms of sale price. Highly recommend!

Friendly, professional agency - highly recommend!
We sold our house using Gibson Honey and would highly recommend this friendly, helpful agency to everyone! Our sale wasn't a smooth process - our first buyer dropped out and the vendors of the house we were buying wanted to put theirs back on the market. Kevin Gibson worked extremely hard to market our house and in the space of two days, we had several offers (one for more than we'd accepted the first time) and we bought the house we wanted - now our family home. If we ever need to move again, there's no question that Gibson Honey would be our first call - they give estate agents a good name (not an easy thing to do...!).
