Selling a departed relative's house is always difficult. Angi patiently took us through the steps needed, giving us a fair price target and a realistic time to sell. At all times, she and the team made us feel that we were the only customers that she had, providing excellent support and timely answers to the inevitable worries and queries that we had. In fact, as she promised, the house sold for the full asking price in just a few days. Probate issues held up completion but she and the team kept us and the buyers up to date throughout the lengthy delay in settling that issue. I feel that we got a no-nonsense, honest appraisal for our property and that no effort was spared in getting it sold. C residential are AMAZING! They were the first estate agent that we discussed selling our property with and after talking with several others it was clear that C residential were the best choice. The whole process from viewings to completion was handled incredibly professionally and all the team are so friendly and polite. We chose our own solicitors who were frankly terrible but C residential went over and above to get all of the leg work done for our completion and to get us into our dream home before Christmas. We can't thank the team enough for the first class service we received and the tremendous effort they put in.
