C Residential did an amazing job for me in selling the Bungalow I was selling. From initial contact, valuation, raising contract paperwork and putting on the market to facilitating viewings and reaching an agreed offer that I accepted - they were outstanding. Friendly, but very professional at the same time - communication was excellent at all stages and we reached completion in an astonishing 4 1/2 weeks from offer accepted (just under 6 weeks from going onto the market). They are such a strong, cohesive team that when someone was not available for anything, a team member stepped up and delivered. None of this irritating ‘I’ll pass a message on’ approach - it was more ‘I’ll sort it now for you’ approach. Having had a sale fall through with a previous agent, I was somewhat nervous as to how my sale would proceed. Right from the start James and the team made me confident that they would be able to sell my property, quickly and efficiently. They quickly placed my property on the market and the effort that was put in to sell the property was immense. Whilst the purchaser was somewhat difficult to deal with, they put my mind at ease and relentlessly pursued the sale for me, coordinating with my solicitor and keeping me fully informed throughout. Angi especially went over and above to make sure that I was looked after as their customer and it made me feel that I was the teams number 1 priority. Well what can I say Angie and team are one of the most professional and exceptional caring Estate Agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I am so pleased that the Letting side of the business is now back up and running with a very experienced team who go above and beyond to make the whole process so easy, which takes away all the stress of getting the right tenant. I now live in Uttoxeter and I needed to let a room out in my house, there was only one company I could only trust and it had to be the lovely Angie and her team. I was introduced to Anna who heads up the Lettings team and was impressed with her knowledge and expertise and how she explained everything in detail. Within a week of them taking on my property they found me the perfect tenant. They are very thorough and very cautious with the application process, I never realised with letting a room in my own house the electrical and Gas Safety checks had to be adhered to. Anna went through the whole process with me and I found it very comforting to know without this and if anything went wrong I would be liable!
