We would highly recommend engaging Claire Heritage to sell your house. We first met Claire when buying a house that she was the agent for. This was a house that we wanted to refurbish and we weren’t selling our own house until that was ready. Claire was very professional during that purchase, we felt that she was completely honest and transparent with regard to the information she was providing us, which is a very welcome change from dealing with other agents in the past. So, when we were ready to sell our own house, we didn’t have any hesitation in asking Claire whether she would act for us. She managed to achieve an acceptable offer on our house following just one day of multiple viewings.
