When you pass over £2000 after all fees you expect good service, inventory was made the day before moving in late in the afternoon, even though requested long before as arrangements for furniture needed to be done. Property was titled as part furnished but left fully furnished, the apartment was extremely dusty and filthy in general. Very poor standard as I've moved into shared apartments more clean and organised than what I have.
