Preston Baker to the rescue! After choosing another estate agents because they were cheaper...I won't name names Hunters in Wetherby, we now live by the rule of "you buy cheap, you buy twice". After unsuccessfully listing our property for us, we moved on and to who we should have gone with all along. Gemma Duxbury, the most down to earth, yet consummate professional you could hope to sell your house set about working her magic and her network with our house. In the end, we sold...for full asking price after multiple viewings put of office hours, in between her kids football matches...on her way home from the school run and on weekends.
