We have recently re-let our property through Martin & Co Rotherham, in particular dealing with Lauren. We ha e found the service and support offered to be excellent, and Lauren was always on hand to assist and advise as we moved through the process. Turnaround from advertising to the organisation of viewing, and the subsequent tenancy was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service from start to finish . Gary and Sue were very professional. Put our house up for sale just before lockdown, when lockdown was lifted we had 6 viewings on the Saturday. 4 offers came in on the Monday and our house was sold that same day . Understandingly it wasn’t the best time to put our house up for sale due to unfortunate circumstances COVID 19. It only took 2 days to sell thanks to the excellent work at Martin & Co. Would highly recommend them.

I have recently moved into a rented property with Martin & Co, Lauren has been amazing! So helpful and made sure everything is sorted for us. Made the stress of moving house a little less stressful! We have recently purchased our home through Martin & Co and I have to say what a fantastic service we received from them. We run into a number of difficulties along the way (mainly caused by the council) but nothing was too much trouble in trying to sort it. Our purchase was handled by Sue who was absolutely amazing. Her friendly can do attitude certainly helped to ease some of the stress. Sue went out of her way to sort things something in such a friendly way (in fact I commented that I felt like I’ve known her all my life) Thanks Sue and the team for your hard work. I have now sold and bought a property with Martin Co. and both times the service has been exceptional. Every employee has been brilliant, but Sue especially was always going above and beyond.
