My house has just sold STC after being with Martin and Co for less than a month! Paul who took the photos was fantastic, I couldn't fault him, attention to detail was incredible and he shows me the photos each time to ensure I was happy. If I wanted the photo being taken slightly different we took the photo, Paul was very patient and knowledgeable. Once the house was on the market I liaised with Tracey who was fantastic once again, very quick on viewings and trying to organise them to suite my timescales and availability best, very honest and down to earth. When I received an offer Tracey was very good at liaising information and advice and I received an offer I am happy with. Couldn't fault them at all!
