All viewings were confirmed by email with relevant times and names and they were always available to answer our queries. Just got to say thank you very much to rachel schofield at martin and co for helping us get to rent 'the perfect home' for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and if we needed to get in touch and she wasn't in the office she would always ring back asap. A really lovely lady and a credit to martin and co 5 stars just isn't enough for such a friendly efficient service.

Choosing Martin & co was easy for us. They talked us thru the entire process of selling our house with them and gave us several options to choose from . There customer service was fantastic and were Very easy to contact them with any questions we had and were always on the ball. Mr Gary moss was excellent with us. He arranged all the viewings that were needed had some amazing pictures taken for there advertising of our house and they looked superb. Within 6 months our house was sold for the price we wanted. He suggested going to auction. And this was really the best option for us. Any questions we had he was sure to get back to us the same day. I live with my family in a beautiful 3 bedroomed Semi Detached Property on the outskirts of Chesterfield that I have rented for 7 incredibly happy years. Since 2008 I have renewed my tenancy agreement year on year .....and I have just signed for another year! I have only had a few minor maintenance jobs on the house over the years which have always been dealt with in quick time.
