Glenn Hardie was our mortgage broker and Bobby Taylor our estate agent. A brilliant team! Glenn was very professional and thorough, spending a lot of time explaining our available mortgage options and always making himself available for any questions. Ultimately helping us in securing a financial product with a great interest rate! Bobby likewise is very professional and proactive. In fact the house we have just purchased was put forward to us by Bobby who arranged a viewing. We would not have viewed this property otherwise. He was always available for questions and throughout the transaction has been brilliant support in liaising with our surveyor, lawyers and providing us access to the property when required. Had some beautiful photos done and ended up achieving 20k above our initial price, which made all the difference to the move.
