Good, professional service with excellent communication - I was looking for a place and my main criterias apart from the property itself was agents that are easy to deal with and aren't obscuring/ommiting details or prolonging steps due to capacity, no planning or knowledge (ie aspects that cause uncertainty/stress for the buyer when entering a contract) From online, arranging a viewing to the down payments I was in touch with Anna who was very professional and quick to communicate. I got to see the property in a timely manner and at a time that suited me (weekend). Anna showed me every detail necessary, was very attentive and I didn't not feel hurried in cases where you get double booked. All my questions were answered promptly and clearly so I would recommend the Rochester branch and would suggest talking to Anna. Overall I'd give the service a 5/5 as it met all my requirements and exceeded in some aspects.
